Subcommittee 10 on modified plastics of national technical committee 15 on plastics of standardization administration of China (hereinafter referred to as Subcommittee 10) is a technical organization engaged in national standardization work. It was approved by the Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China in 2009. It is responsible for centralizing and managing standardized technology in the field of modified plastics. Its code is SAC / TC15 / SC10. Its English name is Subcommittee 10 on modified plastics of national technical committee 15 on plastics of standardization administration of China. It is specifically responsible for developing (studying), revising, reviewing, publicizing and implementing national, industrial standards and guidance technical documents as well as data editing and consulting service in the field of plastic compounds and assisting national technical committee 15 on plastics of standardization administration of China (SAC / TC15) in the domestic centralizing work of corresponding technical committees of international standardization organizations.
Subcommittee 10 changed its office terms in March 2015 in Guangzhou. The second subcommittee appointed 29 members, including one chairman, three vice chairmen and 1 secretary general. The secretariat is the standing body and responsible for daily affairs. The secretariat is located at the “State Plastic Modification and Processing Engineering Laboratory” of Kingfa Science & Technology, so its work is also included in the work plan of the laboratory.
Kingfa Science & Technology participated in the development and revision of over 90 national and industrial standards, of which GB / T 24149.1-2009 Plastics—Polypropylene (PP) Compound for Automobile—Part 1: Bumper for which Kingfa Science & Technology was the first drafting unit won the third prize of “China Standard Innovation Contribution Award” in 2016.
