Kingfa Group Successfully Held the First HSE Exchanging Conference in 2017

The first HSE management staff exchanging conference of Kingfa group in 2017 was successfully held in Guangzhou. The meeting was chaired by Lin Jinlong, director of administrative department. And leaders of the group headquarters and the molecular companies such as Li Nanjing, general manager, Fu Jiangying, director of the audit committee attended the meeting. Directors of manufacture department ,logistics department and technical department and safety engineers and environmental engineers were invited.

The theme of the conference was "professionalization, refinement and strategy". Health safety and environment management system which took us one year to compile was studied in parts. Then HSE Management mod of all branches was discussed. Based on those above, the idea and strategy of planning and construction of all branches in the last three years were put forward.

At the meeting, Fu Jiangying, the director of the audit committee, pointed out that the research on management system lays a solid foundation for the group synchronous management thought and the unified management standard. The three year plan of all branches points out the direction for future work. Fu emphasized that in the new era, the main safety problems of the company have changed. New safety problems such as dust problems and the emergence of new ways of labor have challenged the safety management. In the severe environmental situation, we should study harder and summarize the experience, continue to regulate the company's environmental management, and establish the standard process and reception audit rules to carry forward advantages and strengths and strengthen weakness and deficiency.

Li Nanjing, the general manager, put forward four points. Firstly, safety is the most important thing for an enterprise to survive. We should constantly improve the safety management system of the company, refine the management system into an operable process, and achieve "safety and full coverage". Secondly, the key point of safety work is implementation. Safety engineers should go deep into the field to solve problems, place work and meetings in the most vulnerable parts and put them on the scene. Thirdly, the construction of the new branches should bring safety and environmental issues into the overall planning. Fourthly, We should change the concept to adapt to the new changes of safety and environmental protection issues, conscientiously implement the environmental protection work. Li stressed that HSE work must be unremitting and always on the road. Under the background of increasing scale and more complex external environment, the company should strive to continuously improve safety and environmental management level to escort the development of our company.
