Warmly Congratulate Wuhan Kingfa for the Establishment of the Trade Union and the Organization of Workers Congress

On April 27, Wuhan Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. (Wuhan Kingfa) officially established the Trade Union and successfully held the First Workers Congress. Leaders including Yu Qisheng, General Manager of Wuhan Kingfa, and staff representatives of each department attended the congress.

During the congress, the Preparatory Group of the Trade Union introduced the preparations and performed the work agenda before election in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of the Chinese Trade Unions.

The staff representatives voted for the internal structure of the Trade Union, responsibilities of each union member, election method, rewards and punishments and the President Order by rising their hands. The chairman, vice-chairman, members of the Trade Union, of Economic Review Commission and of Women Staff Commission were chosen by a secret ballot. Deng Wanxia, the Director of Human Resource and Administration Department was elected as the first Chairman of the Trade Union.
