2018 Kingfa Quality Exchange Conference Is Held Successfully at Jiangsu Kingfa

From January 18 to 20, the 2018 Kingfa Quality Exchange Conference was held successfully at Jiangsu Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Kingfa). The conference was sponsored by Yang Chaofeng, Director of Quality Department of Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. (Kingfa). Huang Hesheng, General Manager of East China Base of Kingfa, Xia Jianmeng, Deputy General Manager, Zhao Yu, General Manager Assistant and leaders of affiliated companies attended the conference. Principals from manufacturing, technology, purchase and other departments were invited to attend.

At the first day of conference, colleagues and leaders from the headquarters and different bases formed four groups, to carry out the on-site inspection and evaluation of production, quality, storage and other parts of Jiangsu Kingfa.

The next day, the conference was formally initiated. Representatives from different bases were invited to share and report the on-site investigation in the first place. Leaders including General Manager Huang Hesheng awarded the groups with outstanding performance. Special reports on the Overview of On-site Quality Control of Kunshan, the Communication of Quality Control of Resin Materials for Engineering, the Discussion on New SQE Positioning and Work Mode, etc were given. Finally, Director Yang Chaofeng reviewed the implementation of the targets and strategic measures in 2017 centered on the Kingfa Quality Strategy 3.0, positioned the strategic intention and broke down the task. Meanwhile, he also planned and provided an outlook on the quality development of Kingfa.

Director Yang Chaofeng pointed out that, Kingfa should continue to improve the stability of products and satisfaction of clients closely around the quality mission “to create the first-class capacity for quality control and elevate the brand value of Kingfa”, and carry out the strategic target in three steps: quality stability, quality benefit and quality brand. 

General Manager Huang Hesheng explained the background and purpose to hold the conference, shared his experience on the on-site investigation and conference communication. He proposed specific requirements on the quality control. The first is to optimize the quality control, and the second is to stand the implementation of quality work on the details. Huang emphasized that, under the new historical background that the country advocated “founding a country based on quality, keeping improving and craftsmanship spirit”, we needed to adhere to the development of high quality. Under the circumstances that the company planning was growing stronger and stronger and the external environment became more complicated, the company should devot itself to the continuous improvement of quality control!
